- 600 mg of calciuim (calcium carbonate)
- 800 IU of vitamin D (cholecalciferol)

Adults and children 6+ who are looking for a great-tasting and easy to take calcium supplement that also contains vitamin D.
Dosage
Children (6 to under 12 years): one chew daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Adults (12 years and over): one chew daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
