Caltrate Soft Chews provide 600 mg of calcium and 400 IU of vitamin D. The chewy squares are available in three great tasting flavours: vanilla, chocolate and caramel. They are 14 calories per chew. Caltrate Soft Chews offer an alternative format for people who have difficulty swallowing tablets.

Dosage: Children (6 to under 12 years) one chew daily with food.

Adults (12 years and over) one or two chews daily with food or as recommended by a physician. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
